Customer-facing improvements

Planned improvements are not promises

850 Work uses customer feedback to prioritize stability, invoice quality, sync reliability, payment activation, mobile usability, scheduling, email delivery, and reporting. A planned item is not considered available until it appears in the product and public documentation.
