With 850 Work, a contractor can create the normal branded invoice, attach its exact PDF in Email Center, and choose whether to include the secure 850 Payments link. The customer opens the link without an 850 Work login and completes card payment through Stripe-hosted checkout.

Step by step
From completed job to customer checkout
- Create or open the unpaid invoice. Keep the customer, service job, line items, taxes, and amount due on the existing 850 Work document.
- Generate the normal invoice PDF. The payment workflow reuses the exact branded document instead of creating a second invoice design.
- Open Email Center. Confirm the recipient and choose whether the secure payment link should be included in that message.
- Let the customer review before paying. The link shows the contractor, invoice reference, amount, and document before continuing to Stripe-hosted checkout.
- Wait for verified confirmation. 850 Work updates the linked invoice only after the signed Stripe payment event is verified and reconciled.

The full 850 Work workspace is $10/month after the launch offer. A payment processed through 850 Payments is subject to Stripe's applicable processing charges plus a disclosed 0.5% 850 Work platform fee. The customer-facing amount should match the amount the business has already presented and approved.

Stripe handles merchant onboarding, identity and bank verification, payment processing, and payouts for the connected merchant account. 850 Work does not hold customer funds.
