850 Work Sites is the planned website layer for businesses that want their public site, service requests, customer payments, and employee login connected to the same 850 Work account. 850AC.com is the first live managed example, and four complete fictional website demos are available on plumbing.850work.com, pest.850work.com, electrical.850work.com, and store.850work.com. Automatic customer provisioning and the self-service editor remain in development.

The proposed structure uses company.850work.com for the public website, /app for employee login, and /pay for the customer payment portal while keeping tenant data isolated.
Yes. 850 Payments already creates a secure customer payment page for a specific payment request; the planned company portal would make those unpaid invoices easier for returning customers to find.
That is the planned direction. The editor will use controlled sections, previews, permissions, publishing versions, and rollback instead of unrestricted custom code.
