Terms of Service
These terms explain the basic rules for using 850 Work's public website, demo, hosted application, mobile access, desktop software, and support services. They do not change a separate written agreement signed by 850 Work and a customer.
1. Acceptance and account authority
By creating an account or using 850 Work, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are authorized to act for the business connected to the account. Do not use the service if you cannot agree to these terms.
2. Service description
850 Work provides business workflow software for customer records, jobs, schedules, documents, inventory, outbound email, reporting, support, and related tools. Features can change as the product is improved. A demo workspace may contain sample data and is not a production business record.
3. Account security
You are responsible for accurate registration details, unique credentials, individual staff access, role assignments, and prompt removal of access that is no longer needed. Do not share passwords or recovery codes.
4. Customer data
You retain responsibility for the business and customer information you enter. You must have the right to collect, store, use, and send that information. Do not use 850 Work for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or prohibited content.
5. Billing and launch offers
The public paid plan is described on the pricing page. Taxes and third-party processing fees may apply. Promotional access is subject to the stated eligibility and availability. Founder access is a separate administrative designation. Billing details shown at checkout control the transaction when they differ from general marketing text.
6. Email, website requests, and third-party services
You are responsible for SMTP credentials, recipients, message content, website-form permissions, and connected third-party services. Use app passwords where supported and follow anti-spam, privacy, and consumer-protection requirements.
7. Availability and changes
850 Work works to keep the service available and data protected but does not promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, internet failures, third-party outages, security events, or product updates may temporarily affect access.
8. Exports and backups
Use available export tools and keep appropriate business backups. You are responsible for protecting exported files, downloaded PDFs, desktop data, and copies stored outside 850 Work.
9. No professional advice
850 Work organizes business records and is not a substitute for professional advice specific to your company or industry.
10. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or ended for nonpayment, security risk, abuse, unlawful use, or material violation of these terms. Where practical, account owners should export needed business records before closing an account.
11. Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. 850 Work is not responsible for indirect losses, business decisions made from incomplete data, third-party service failures, or content entered by a customer.
